LabourNetAPS is an automated
payment service that is
built into the LabourNetPay
payroll system or available as a
separate service from LabourNet.
APS includes Electronic Fund
Transfers and Debit Order
facilities.
EFT’s (Electronic Fund
Transfers)
ELITE (Electronic Link Initiated
Transfer of Entries) does away
with the production of payroll
cheques and cash handling, thus
reducing the clients costs
associated with such payments.
The ELITE system accepts
paper, digital disk and
electronic transmission (e-mail,
FTP, etc) inputs, which are then
converted by LabourNetPay into
formats and media required by
BankServ. ELITE allows clients
to transmit data to LabourNet
Payment Solutions thereby
removing the inconvenient,
aggravating and hazardous
factors of hand deliveries. This
form of data transmission is
unquestionably more cost
effective than hard copy
delivery.
ELITE is
available as both “In-House” and
“Software House” designed
packages. ELITE obviates the
need for companies to pass
salary and other paper-based
schedule information to the
banks for manual capturing and
crediting – in most cases a very
time consuming and costly
exercise. Banks are now,
generally, reluctant to process
these schedules due to the high
risk and costs involved in
effecting paper-based
instructions.
